Goodbye NY... Hello PA, OH, IN, IL, IA, MN, NE, and MO.

I have been a bit behind in blog posting... due to the fact that since July 27th the Hauans have traveled in eight states, moved back into our apartment at the Seminary, and Julia started kindergarten.  Whew.  We are happy to announce that we're completely settled, the kids are doing well.  Julia loves school, Cal loves having a playground in his back yard again, and Hazel is pulling up to stand, just to name a few highlights.

To all of our friends in NY, thanks for loving us and for giving us a year to remember.  We love you too and are so thankful our paths crossed for an incredible year.  To our family and friends back in the Midwest, we love you so much and are so thankful for the time we got to spend with you before our move back to STL.  We're incredibly grateful for so many of our close friendships both near and far.

Hold on tight... this blog posts covers many miles!

"Thanks for visiting us, Dave and June!  We love you!"

St. John's Friends: You rock.  Thanks for all of the help loading up our moving truck!

We made it back to the farm... Great Grandma Ramona joined us for a few days as well.

My favorite picture of the month.

"I love Grandma Sue!"

"We love Great Grandma 'Mona too!"

YES.

So many memories, such a wonderful place to be.

Thanks for visiting, Kairs!

Cal said, "Look!  Our friend Aunt Jane is here!"

We traveled to Omaha for some cousin time and realized we had a 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, and 0 year old
in the house.  YEAH!  Grandma Gloria and Grandma Marcella also surprised us, what a great weekend!
Two little bugs.

Two peas in a pod.
Two days after moving to St. Louis, Julia started kindergarten.  It's a tradition
at the Sem to have all of the kids that walk to Captain (her school) to meet in the circle
to pray for the school year and  to all walk together on the first day.
What a special year this will be for her!

We have all loved seeing our good friends the Thompsons again.

Almost to school!

Saying the pledge on the first day of school.
Julia and her buddy Isaac are in the same class this year!

Look!  I'm standing!
