Having Fun

Our sweeties are keeping us busy.  All continues to go really well with our vicarage church and we are loving the fall weather.  Hopefully the pictures can speak for themselves--love and miss you all!!!!

We took a family hike to Eternal Flame, a close by park with beautiful trails.  The
hike proved to be a bit more streneous than I had anticipated (i.e. climbing over
downed trees, hiking through little streams, some steep inclines)
 but we all made it and had a great time.  Plus, it was peak leaf weekend--beautiful!

A very sweet couple from church treated our family to
a day at Hidden Valley Animal Adventure.  We had a blast feeding
buffalo, zebras, water buffalo, and ostrich, and countless other animals.

It makes me happy each time I see a Farmall in NY.  I know Dad would get a kick out of it too!

We have a beautiful maple tree right behind our garage.

The Hartke kids helped us make our Halloween ghost decorations.

We hosted a staff happy hour at our place this week--the kids had a ton of fun playing
with Jacob, as usual.

We babysat our friend's dog, Coach, for a weekend.  These kids have already been
promised a dog when our adventure through the Sem is completed!
