This and That

I'm still nursing my ankle but we've also managed to have a little fun.  Enjoy the new pictures!!!

A local favorite hike to Eternal Flame.  I had to sit in the car with my boot elevated, but the other 3/4 of my family had a blast.

Fishing on a Sunday afternoon.  Julia caught another fish and Calboy caught his very first fish too!!!

It was a big day in our house this week, Julia started Pre-Kindergarten!  She attends at a little school about 5 minutes from our house M-F from 9:15-11:45.  Two days down so far, and she's loving it!  On the first day, she proudly found her backpack hook ("J-U-L-I-A, that's me!"), turned to a friend and said, "Oh good!  You're in my class!  My name is Julia, let's go play!"  She ran in the classroom, gave her teachers a hug, and sat down with some little friends and practiced writing some letters.  She waved goodbye to us and told us that she'd see us later.  We were very proud of her, and I only had a small moment of a few tears once I got back in the car. ;)  Cal misses his big sister when she's at school and is so very happy to pick her up.
