Farewell Rochester!

Our last week in Rochester was a tough one!  Even though we won't officially move out of our house until June 2nd, we said our goodbyes to everyone as we were leaving for our month long vacation with our families.  All of our Rochester friends have made us feel so loved and supported over the past five years.  We will never forget our friends in quaint little Rochester, Minnesota.  We already miss you all!

Our US Bank family (with the exception of Shelly--sorry I didn't get a picture of everyone before you left town!)

Cal and Sue

Barb and Julia in their usual position at Barb's computer playing with her little trinkets.

We were able to go to one final session of Peter's Storytime.  Peter has entertained Julia
faithfully for nearly two years.  She LOVES Peter!
This video is a quick glimpse of our going away party at Whistle Binkies.  Thank you to our friends who made our send off extra special!  (You'll see Kai kissing Cal quite a bit in this video--pretty cute!)

Our church also blessed us at our final service.  Thank you, April Beckman, for these pictures!

Pastor Jim prayed for our family's upcoming transition to Concordia Seminary.

This was a very bittersweet moment for our family.

Our ChristCare Bible study friends are always so supportive.  Not only did they give us a beautiful gift to remember them
by, but they also coordinated their schedules to nearly all show up for our farewell service.  We are so blessed by our church family and will really miss this group of people!
