We celebrated the Christmas holiday here in Rochester for the first time. My Aunt Jane had her hip replaced at Mayo right before Christmas so my Mom and Dad were able to both be with her during and after her surgery as well as spend time with us all of us at our house. After they all headed back to Hubbard on Christmas Day, we met up with our friends the Lanzas downtown at the Peace Plaza where we took in some holiday music and Christmas lights. Funny thing though, no one was around--we had the entire area to ourselves and I must say it was pretty cool.
