The weather has been so beautiful lately we've been trying to get outside as much as possible! Last Friday we met Katia and Hudson at a local pumpkin patch. Julia and Hudson had a ton of fun "rolling around in the hay" together (literally). Their favorite part of the whole morning as playing with the pumpkins--they were very cute together. On Sunday we took a little day trip over to Stockholm, Wisconsin with our friends Ian, Cindy, and Hunter Lanza. We took some back roads to get to our destination and both Haune and I agreed that it was the prettiest fall drive either of us had been on. We enjoyed walking out on the Mississippi, playing on the playground, and browsing the quaint shops in Stockholm. This will probably be our last outing before Cal arrives... although we've been traveling within an hour of home, we'll now be staying strictly in Rochester until the Big Day arrives. We made one final stop at Lark Toys which is a fantastic toy store with handmade wooden toys. Daddy and Julia took a spin on this beautiful carousel. Julia also tried on a few hats...
